Analog IC Design Engineers Analog Mixed Signal or Analog IC Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be involved in research, definition, design, simulation, layout supervision, characterization, and release to production of high-performance state of the art BiCMOS integrated circuits in the following areas: power management LDOs, SMPS, battery chargers, LED drivers, charge pumps, and interface circuits such as SPI, I2C, and USB including the following functional blocks: gain amplifiers, band gaps and references, temperature sensors, voltage monitors, high speed transceivers, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, state machines, real time clock, and Xtal oscillator. Power management applications include: Cell Phone, PDA, digital still camera and digital video camera
RequirementsA MSEE/BSEE degree with solid experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development is required. Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom circuit designs is required. Candidates must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation. Candidates must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal IC. Automotive application experience is a plus. Require BSEE or MSEE and hands on analog IC design experience. This is a position that involves bringing products to market.;
