- Verifies on-going liability and develops strategies for resolution as appropriate
- Provides excellent customer service; Responds to all inquiries, processes payments timely and accurately
- Protects the Company against extra-contractual liability by following established guidelines and regulations
- Handles an assigned LDU caseload of increasingly more complex claims
