Managers typically work in small teams comprised of one or two consultants and a senior manager or director. You'll be responsible for delivery of projects with defined scope and are expected to take accountability for delivering to time and quality. In addition, you will often be working in a matrixed environment where you may be managing client resources.
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivery of specific projects
- Managing discrete teams, including coaching and resources evaluation
- Business process reengineering and improvements
- Organizational and structural definitions Alignment of corporate and local operating principles and models
- Business case development and analysis including cost/ benefit analysis
- Liaise with business and client teams, all functional areas from directors to front line staff
- Liaise with IT to propose, understand, and implement solutions
- Concurrent collaboration with corporate and functional areas outside the US to achieve project objectives
- Development of knowledge capital based on projects deliverables
You have:
- A proven track record of delivering in a consulting or financial services (ideally retail or wholesale banking) role.
- Experience of managing projects and leading teams to deliver solutions in complex business environments.
- Strong influencing skills and experience working with senior management levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write convincingly at varying levels within an organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to asses information sources and develops powerful insights and solutions.
- An understanding of drivers for costs management and impact of processes and systems changing costs
- A Masters degree (MA, MSC, etc.)
- Spanish language skills (nice to have, not a must)
